We act as your own pr, marketing or corporate communications department on a project, contract or day-rate basis. Your business becomes our business. We work on the light bulb principle – switch us on when you need us, turn us off when you don’t.

How much will it cost you?
The Links Consultancy works on a bespoke contract or commission basis. Costs are established after a full discussion to determine what it is you want to achieve, which service or services you will be needed to reach that objective and through an honest, realistic assessment of how long it will take.

Then what?
We will telephone or visit, whichever is most convenient for you to gain a clear and complete understanding of what you are looking for and how we could deliver it.

A detailed proposal for the project, and its costs, will then be sent to you for consideration. If you proceed to contract stage, you can do so with the confidence that what we say is what you will pay.

Half the fee is paid when the contract is signed. Final payment is due seven days following the date of the contract completion invoice.

What if?
If it is necessary to involve one of our associate companies or a listed member of our virtual team, we will ensure their services are cost-effective. No work will be undertaken without your written consent.
If there are particular suppliers you wish us to use, we will make contact with them prior to writing our contract proposal to ensure compatibility of working methods, software and so on.

Other business contract costs
Costs for overnight accommodation and mileage charges may be applied should your contract require travel. This would be included in the contract proposal.

That’s it. No sneaky added extras, no padded expenses, no ‘other disbursements’. Simple.
